How to Use
Each 10 mL bottle contains approximately 200 drops.
Aromatic Use: Inhale directly from the bottle or diffuse into the air. The aroma reaches the brain in about 10 seconds, supporting mood and mental clarity.
Topical Use: Apply 1–2 drops to the skin as needed, every hour. Dilute with a carrier oil if irritation occurs. Oils absorb through the skin into the bloodstream and lymphatic system within 20 minutes.
